Sazón for the Soul: A Boricua Diaspora Learning Series"
A 4-part virtual workshop series created by and for Puerto Rican diasporic folks and their families (children, welcome!) to reconnect with ancestral knowledge through plant medicine, music, resistance history, and identity. Each session is followed by a processing circle to unpack disconnection, grief, and belonging. This series uses Afro-Indigenous storytelling and skill-sharing to create space to explore how race, gender, and body politics shape Boricua identity across lands.
